Hi, I have a UK EnviR in the US. The CT clamp will go on a max 13mm cable, but my feeds (2 120v opposing phase feeds to make 240v) are 17mm.
Are there official CurrentCost clamps that will go that big? if not, any suggestions? I'm struggling to find people selling just clamps.

If there are no official clamps, would these work?

or these?

What is the specification the clamps that come with the UK EnviR?

thanks

Hi

The EnviR solution used in the US is actually different to the kit supplied for UK users. One if the reasons for this is that the transmitter is programmed to recognises a 2-phase system and has a default voltage of 115V. This Transmitter is supplied with 2 US CT Clamps that are 25mm in diameter.

For energy monitoring in the US we would recommend purchasing a kit which has been designed specifically for use in the US, this will contain a display with currency in $, temperature in Fahrenheit, contain a US transmitter and 2 US CT Clamps.

We have a supplier based in the US called Simple Energy Works you can find their website on the following link, http://www.simpleenergyworks.com/envi_e ... nitor.html
