My one on my incoming electric meter only now ever reports a value of zero for the meter reading but works for real time reading.

See Channel 1 (Live Data) & 10 (Meter Pulse Count)

Thus I was wondering if the running count in the units can be reset by some sequence e.g. holding the button down when fitting the batteries.

Anyone know if it is possible?
