I did *NOT* power cycle my bridge, and it has started posting on channel 0 (temp) and 1 (optismart), however, none of the IAM channels are posting. Had same issue yesterday, a power cycle of the bridge (and EnviR which gets power from bridge) cured. I sent CC full details, including API debug from pachube website for this, but I havnt heard anything back yet.

My bridge started posting IAM data again yesterday at 17:50. I did not power cycle, so it appeared to recover from whatever outage took place on CC servers.

I suspect they have some authorisation mechanism for the bridges to authenticate with CC servers to determine what product (ie how many channels) a user subscribes to, and this component failed, as my 2 'free' channels were working (temp & optismart), but the 'paid' PRO24 channels were not from around 14:10 unti 17:50 on 31.1.12.

I expect you are correct and that is why my old single channel bridge worked perfectly yesterday with no errors (it is on the same ADSL Modem / Router).

I have the same problem as the original poster, specifically that my old-type Bridge freezes occasionally and requires to be power cycled to get it working again, after which it works fine for days. My solution is to use a cheap plug timer set to switch off power to the Bridge for 1 minute twice a day, so effecting two power cycles per day whether or not required. This way I lose only 12 hours data at a maximum.

My new bridge again went to Frozen at 03:22 this morning and no alert email.

My old bridge shows some glitches during AM hours but is still working.

My DSL Modem shows no internet issues during the night.

Frozen Bridges, my bridge was a pain in the bum, so i went into my router and set it to always use the same ip address, and while i was in there i gave it rights to send & receive data through the fire wall . . . now its the best thing i ever bought :D hope this helps

Looks like this afternoon another glitch occurred somewhere.

My old original Bridge got over whatever it was but the new one is now stuck at frozen :(

Later I will try just unplugging the network cable to see if that makes it restart.
