Before I submit a trouble ticket, anyone had this problem?

Received upgraded multi channel bridge and 3 IAMs.

Only 1 out of connected 2 IAMs was posting data (display receiving both devices correctly).

Power cycled bridge, now the the second device is posting, but first isnt....

You're doing better than me - I received my upgraded bridge today, and none of my three IAMs are showing up on the website. The overall house power consumption is correctly plotted on the website feed, and the EnviR shows IAMs 1-3 power correctly, but the data doesn't seem to be making it from the bridge to the website.


edit: after a couple of power recycles, i've also got IAM 1 reading zero and IAM 2 reading something (2W!), it appears to manage one single datapoint that is then extrapolated ad infinitum - IAM 2 is on the tumble dryer and is currently reading 2.37kW on the Envi, but the dryer was off (and the channel reading 2W) when I power cycled the bridge

Not sure if it will help but one of my EnviR's does not always behave unless I go through the clock setup procedure after I have powered it up again (slightly different issue as it also gives out the temperature as 0c / 32f when this happens).

Don't actually have to put the clock right but of course you can while you are at it

Im seeing same with my upgraded bridge that arrived today, only IAM (1) is plotting on website, OptiSmart is plotting fine, IAM (2) & (3) are showing zero on website, but the EnviR is showing all 3 IAMs correctly.

FWIW i've been asked to send my upgraded bridge back, don't know why

I had to return mine also. Arrived back to me today, and now seems to be reporting all IAMs back to my.currentcost.com

I have no idea what the issue was, but I guess it must be a known issue internally with cusrrentcost.

Too early to say if it has also resolved the random 'spiking' issue
