No - it's not just you! Mine has barely worked for more than 2 mins in total since I got it in February. The bridge shows data - just won't transmit it to the online dashboard. Had numerous ems from the 'help desk' - but as yet it is still 'frozen'.

My old one never locks up.

I guess my new one goes for at least three months without needing a power cycle.

Mine goes frozen every week or so. Sometimes a little longer. It's erratic.

I have a old bridge and it very rarely freezes not done so in the last 12 months so far , but i'm thinking i need to add iam's so will need a firmware upgrade what am i letting myself in for lol.
