My CC bridge is "frozen" again and hasn't reported data for the past month. I've tried reboots, etc. and still no joy. The CC meter itself seems fine so the problem is with the bridge. In the few years I've had this device, it has been pathetically worthless in reliability. It will work for a while, then stop. Sometimes it starts up again by itself but usually I have to go through the install process (and CC has to do something on their end). I've even sent the thing to Florida to be "upgraded" but still having the same level of unreliability. I've asked for help in several messages here but CC doesn't seem to respond. Any alternatives to CC? |
