Yes, mine still says frozen from about midday yesterday 6/6/11. Hope it gets resolved sooner :cry:

There was an issue with Pachube yesterday. This was resolved in the morning. If you are still experiencing frozen bridge issues, let me know.

After more than 12 hours of trying, I eventually manage to register my bridge, only to see it switch from Live to Frozen within 10 minutes of activation.

What is going on? From all that I have read about this service in the past month I was expecting it to be a bit more professional than this.

This has the potential to be a great service, but right now it looks like it's at least a year away from being ready for consumer use.

As of May 24 I'm not getting any data to my Google Powermeter. Also when I look at the MyCurrentcost dashboard there is no data to display. I replugged the bridge, but no success. Any idea? The time on the dashboard looks strange: 1/1/1970 to 1/1/2010 on one diagram.

Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks.

Just registered my device - can see it & the mac address on my router status screen but status is "Frozen" on here....

Are there any specific ports I need to open on my firewall to get the bridge to work or are you still having issues at your end?

Is this confirmed as a server issue? It's happened to me twice in about a week, but each time I seem to have been able to fix it by power cycling the bridge.

I've just connected my bridge via a timer unit that will turn off the power for 10 mins every day in the middle of the night so I'll wait to see whether that improves reliability.

Just a word that the Bridge has been working seamlessly since I last posted on this thread. So I guess if any recent connecting issues may not be the server's issue anymore.
