Post subject: | I cannot unfreeze my new bridge |
It shows up in the DHCP client table of my router with the static ip I assigned to it. Green and amber lights flashing on the bridge. Searching through these threads I cannot find a solution only lots of people with the same problem. Please help. I had the same issue < know it was connected as I could ping it. I de registered and re registered, Restated everything, still no joy. Logged out of the site and logged back in, hay presto, graph displayed for the hour and 20 minutes I had been trying to get it working |

Mine won't unfreeze either. I have deleted and added the logged out and back in agan, still frozen |

Yes, it worked fine until it froze and your guys had to unfreeze on support request #264769. Has been up and running a couple of months since then. This is annoying because I am monitoring a remote location 130 miles away and it is difficult getting away to reset. Last time I travelled there, restarting had no effect. |
