Hi, A bit odd today. My bridge is working fine. I can see my whole household but but my IAM data stopped at 11:56 , and not getting any graphs after that for the IAMs ? I have 2 IAM.s and my original Clamp monitoring my PV. the whole house is provided by an optismart. The IAM's are still correctly communicating with the envi. Is there a problem at the CC end ? |

My one died at the same time but all channels! Later I got the auto email your bridge is not working.... The problem did not effect my old bridge which kept on working okay. Automan. |

Thanks Automan, looks likes yours came back but my IAMs are still silent, though the optismart is still reporting the whole house. I have a new bridge, or rather my old bridge was reflashed, and an envi , which I think avoids the data channel problem you were seeing with occasional peaks ? Perhaps a server process at cc needs restarting ? |

My one has stopped again Old one no problems I might as well turn it off pending some news on the various product issues... 1. Netsmart DHCP Issues With Some Routers 2. Netsmart Stops Transmitting All Or Some Channels. 3. Netsmart Daily IAM consumption sometimes negative (not seen this in last 3 days so perhaps they have put a workaround in to ignore negative data). 3. EnviR outputting incorrect XML mixing watts and meter impulse readings together. 4. Phantom meter impulse count produced by OptiSmarts on zero watts load. Automan. |

Mine stopped working about a week ago, can't log onto the CC dashboard even though I've asked for a replacement password and that doesn't work either. I,ve had several E-mail alerts saying that the bridge is off-line but I can see it on Pachtube, so have the CC servers gone awry?. Its a bit frustrating because I'm back to writing it down every day and manually inputting into Excel. The alternative is to chuck the bridge away (bit reluctant as it cost nme £30) and start downloading direct into the computer. I really want something that is automatic that I don't have to supervise all the time - CC hasn't proved to be capable of doing that |

OK it started working again as of around 6am on Monday. |
