Hi all, I received my upgraded bridge back two weeks ago and ever since receiving it it has been unable to get an IP address and the control panel is reporting the device as FROZEN.
My previous bridge had the same MAC address and was working fine with my Fritz!Box 7390 and I believe I have tried everything to get it to work but alas it doesn't. It's completely useless to me at present.

I've tried posted on other threads here but my messages aren't being posted and I've also tried emailing current cost but I've had no reply.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

They don't seem to work with the DHCP server on Fritz Boxes and some Cisco, Buffalo and Netgear products :(

I'm so glad I purchased the PRO 24 plan and 6 IAMs when I upgraded my bridge. All completely useless to me at present :(

I hope when (if) CC manage to resolve the problem that they at least extend my 24 month subscription to cover the lost weeks...

Got my new new bridge back today and it connected up straight away. I'll give it a few hours and check the results :)

Hmm, something is not right. It is definitely connected now and my CurrentCost Dashboard is saying LIVE. The EnviR unit itself is showing power consumption as normal on all channels but the website just shows 0 for all IAMs and current power, 0 for temperature too.

I can ping the unit and it responds okay. My network now shows the device name as "Wiznet-k" and it doesn't like me setting a fixed DHCP IP address for it so I had to disable that. Disappointing :(
