I am posting the following questions regarding the use of the brige in a corporate environement.
These are the questions from our network guy.
Thanks a lot in advance I really would like to get this through.

1. Is the IP address of the device configurable or must it be a DHCP allocated address?
2. The data is transmitted to a internet service – how is the sending device identified at this internet service? Is it identified by IP address or MAC address?
3. Is the data transmission schedule configurable? What sort of data volumes would be expected?
4. It would be useful to know which TCP/IP ports are used for the data transfer (HTTP, SSL, other)
I also spoke to the electrical contractor that would be installing the equipment and he has asked me to confirm the electrical rating of the equipment – my understanding of the proposal is to install up to four of these devices (one per floor of our administration building) and he has advised that the devices will need to be capable of metering 3 phase power with a maximum current draw of up to 100 AMPS per phase.
