 Post subject: Serial no not working

Hello

I just received the bridge and I am trying to activate it.

I am inserting a very long number that is in the white box and also below the bridge. Is really that number??

Do I have to do something else?

Yes that is the number.

Are the network lights flashing on the bridge?

Are you only powering the bridge and display with the adapter provided with the bridge?

Hello,

I have the same problem !
I have powered the monitor and the bridge just with the bridge power supply, I inserted the long number is on bridge and the led are blinking.
The strange think is that both the light are blinking together and then stops together. So start blinking again...

How can I solve the issue ??

i've the same problem.
I am not able to register my bridge and I see that it ask my router the follows dns resolutionS:

I have just recieved a new bridge and using the serial number on the bottom is not working. I get this,, Error registering device. Check serial no. please advise
