I have finally managed to load and run the software successfully on a win 7 laptop, having given up with a win 8.1 desktop, and the data downloaded for daily and weekly usage appears to be nearly 100% above that that I have manually recorded from the main electric meter. The hous has a solar Pv installation so I wondered if this can possibly affect the current transformer sensor that feeds the CC envir 128 monitor. Has anyone had any similar experience Thanks |
