I have just ordered an Optismart for my Solar PV monitoring with my EnviR and Netsmart Pro24. I would also like to try to monitor my water meter? Elster produce a T125 Reed Switch Pulse Unit which just clips on the meter. This is stated to be volt free, so hopefully it would work with the Optismart? Has anyone else experience of this please? Maybe I could arrange a reed switch on the meter myself, without buying the pulse unit? Bit tricky to access though, as it is 30cms down an inspection chamber!
