There are utilities you can download right at pachube.com that will interface with the ENVI to get data logged at Pachube.
They are giving away free premium memberships to ex Google Powermeter users right now as well if you ask.
Be warned, the presentation of the data is nowhere near as nice as GPM. It's much more geek oriented than consumer oriented. The biggest issue I find is that it reports both phases of my house (each clamp) separately, so in order to get total consumption you need to add the two together.
I'm hoping to try
