Just a heads up, I've taken on a quasi-moderator role here to help with the overwhelming amount of issues the forum has experienced behind the scenes with spam.

Part of this issue has resulted in a massive backup of posts stuck in the validation queue. Since this queue is manually managed a lot of legitimate posts were mixed up amongst a deluge of spam over the last 30 days or so.

As of right now the entire queue has been cleared and a lot of backdated posts that were actually made by legitimate new members were approved for viewing.

Our apologies for the delay. We are hoping to institute some changes to the forum in the near future to hopefully prevent this from happening again.

Also, please note - new member signups are currently disabled. An update will be made here when they are re-enabled.

New user registrations are open again and behind the scenes, the spam situation is back under control which will speed up posts appearing on the forum from new users. Thanks for the hard work of Oshawapilot for helping to moderate and clean up the deluge of spam that we received over the Christmas break.
