All I am now getting is the basic feed...

I suspect maybe the subscription has run out and in this advanced era you would think it would be possible to send an automated email (like the one when it is frozen hold on that does not work either) so you could renew your subscription.

As the features have not really changed in quite a while and the Gas OptiSmart data is next to useless (just displays what the meter reads with zero data on past use) and the two electric meter readings are always wrong (incoming & small solar panel array) I am not sure I will bother and perhaps just unplug all the boxes and save a few more watts of power that way.
