I have a CC128 v0.11 and I'm currently successfully receiving data from the RJ45 port out the back and processing it on an Arduino.

I'd like to be able to power the Arduino from the unregulated power supply on pin 1 of the connector, (to do away with any need for an additional PSU), and have measured it delivering a steady 3.8v which is sufficient for my needs. Unfortunately, as soon as I put any load on that pin - including the multimeter to measure it - the energy reading on the CC128 display flatlines and I get no data transmitted After disconnecting pin 1 and power cycling the CC128, the readings spring back to life.

I'm stumped - but that's hardly surprising as I'm a software guy trying to do hardware All suggestions gratefully received.

Wow - three weeks to wait to get a simple question "approved" for the "support forum" ???? Impressive

I ended up and supplied power to the Arduino, then fed the regulated 3.3v to pin 1 of the CC128's interface. Worked first time and gives a solution whereby only one PSU is needed for the two devices.

Why has this post only just appeared? 25 days after it was posted???? Maybe I missed it before, but I don't think so.
Oh, BTW he has solved his problem without any help from this forum.
