In the last day or so I seem to have lost the IAM section of the dashboard. I can still see the graph for the whole house, but the graph that displays my IAMs is missing.
Anyone else seen this ?

Yes, this has happened to me too since a few days ago. The only orange-headed sections I can now see on Current Cost Dashboard are the main section, Location, Devices and Settings. Does anyone know if I can do anything to fix it please?

Rather than wait for a forum reply, I contacted Current Cost Technical Support with my device serial number and it turned out that my account had reverted to a free account because it had accidently been set up as a 1-year Pro account not the 2-year account I'd originally paid for. So it's working again for me now.

jives11 (and anyone else who is affected by this problem); I would recommend ensuring that the same thing hasn't happened to you!
