Hi,
Please can someone help me and give me a step by step solution to this installation problem:

When 1st starting the software I get a box come up "installing" and then I get the error "installation has failed because we were unable to connect to SQL".

I am running windows 7 Ultimate on a laptop.

Thanks in advance for your help.
