My Dash board .csv daily start time (first record of the day) is around 23:00 is this correct? .My envi clock is correct and my settings for the dashboard time is Europe/ London.

Apologise if this has been covered elsewhere on the forum.

Yes I believe this is correct. From what I gather the times shown on the downloaded data are GMT (Greenwich Mean Times) and take no account of the time you have set for your dashboard. This means that in the UK for example, during BST (British Summer Time), the data following download will be 1 hour behind that which was displayed on the dashboard.

Of course after the end of October when the UK changes back to GMT all times should agree.
