Hi I have the ENVI and the bridge for about a year now. It's been working with googleMeter until April, when my network shuts down for a week. Now googleMeter is not registering my data.

I went back to my.currentcost.com to try resolving the issue and have to log in but I cannot remember my login.

Issue1: my.currentcost.com does not have a way to retrieve login name (it has a way to retrieve password, but if one forgot login name it is no good).

So I re-register again (I think with a new login)

Issue2: after login in with my "new" account, I tried to get my bridge activated, I get the "Device already registered" error message and can't do anymore from there.

Please help!
