I've given up on my bridge - it's almost as good as useless. I've now got an EnergyHive hub which connects to the router- it takes data wirelessly from the CC transmitter and sends it every six seconds to the EH servers.

It works flawlessly. You don't need the CC display unit to be connected to it or the router. The dashboard is quite good - have a look here at mine ( http://www.energyhive.com/dashboard/dave )and you've got the option of downloading data to Excel as well if you want.

I get the impression that CC have just given up

I requested EnergyHive to add the functionality to my dashboard and I've now got a "reports" tab on the menu bar when I log-in.

I did suggest that it was something that a lot of people would want, but so far they just seem to add it on request.

Go to the help menu and scroll down the FAQ list to general, click "how do I make a suggestion" and there's a "contact us" link.

So what do you think of Energy Hive? I've just about given up with my CC bridge, it just keeps disconnecting and needs rebooting several times a week now so it's as good as useless.

Energyhive sounds good but they don't ship to US. Any other options to CC bridge that people are using? Thanks
