I have just recently installed my Current Cost Bridge; data has been uploaded to the web site satisfactory. The consumption graph displayed on the web site, Device Status shown as live, the temperature, watts and energy used so far that day all shown and changing with change of load etc. After 3 days I pressed the Previous and Next buttons on the consumption display to see previous consumption, all satisfactory until I pressed the Next button to return to the lasts consumption graph, only to find the Graph has disappeared. Since then I have been unable to display any consumption graphs. The Device status is showing Live, and the “Power” and the” So far today” shows change when the electrical load is increased. I would be grateful if some can advise on how I can resolve the problem of the energy consumption graph. |
