 Post subject: Error in getting my data

Morning to everyone!

I have been using my device for two years now and I haven't got any problem so far. I got my data during the first year and the next several moths but there are some specific time (from september to december) that I can't get any data. Does anyone know why? After december (including it) I have my data again as usual.

There is no issue of being disconnected (otherwise I would get my paper with 0 kWh as I got some times) so I don't know what is due to. I just try to donwload the files and it's frozen processing the information.
