Hi , I have been getting the device frozen status for a couple of days. Have tried unplugging and plugging in device and bridge with no effect.

the device itself seems to be working fine at home.

any help appreciated.

Thanks

I had that last week and I had to reset everything including the router.

Has been fine since.

This has happend to me a couple of times in the last week as well and I've had to disconnect power to the bridge to get it to reset itself. As a means to get a reliable record of my power consumption it leaves a bit to be desired. I'm not sure it's wholly down to the bridge though as the router has also lost sync with the internet (not necessarily when the bridge has frozen) but it would be nice if the bridge could re-establish comms without having to be reset.
