Hi All,

I am trying desperately to register my Current Cost Bridge Device I keep getting the message - '* Error registering device. Check serial no'.
I have checked it over and over again and it seems correct it 32 chars long and correct, has anyone had this problem and if so how did you get over it,

I have logged on via logged on and on the front screen entered the long serial number and pressed activate i get the above error, I tried again pressing Setup, and then going to 'Quick Device Activation Please enter your Current Cost Bridge serial number below to activate your device, again same error.

Also how does one enter the location the screen does not accept anything , Am I missing something ?

are you perhaps typing a letter O instead of a number 0? The serial number contains only 0-9,a-f.

If that is not the problem send your serial number to helpme at currentcost.com.

For Location... Type your address into the box above the map. It can be exact or just city, country.
