Hi,

I've just received and installed my device and bridge. Using the Dashboard, my device displays as Frozen, yet if I make the device public, I can see live data at: http://my.currentcost.com/device/68108

Please can you help me fix this please - or should I ask for my money back?

On the current cost dashboard, delete the device from within the devices panel. Then register the device again. That should re-issue the credentials and should fix the issue.
