Post subject:  my.currentcost.com not working

My wesbite access has been showing FROZEN for a number of days now, I have tried rebooting a number of times to no avail?

Any ideas, is anyone else having similar issues?

I have a 2 year Netsmart Bridge which was purchased in January 2012 so still half a year to go on that so its not that....
