I have been using COSM for a while to follow upon my current cost. Unfortunately, they decided to stop this service for current cost users.
I got a Netbridge PRO 24. A few hours ago I registered the device in the dashboard and configured the system to read my 8 appliances. It was functioning nicely... but now, first it's frozen (and even when I delete and re-register the device, I don't get anything) and second it says that I cannot monitor any appliance...
Did anyone experience that before? what should I do?
