Hi there,

My new bridge has just arrived for my Current cost classic. I have followed all the setup instructions correctly and many times yet the registration will not find my device, just keeps saying '* Error registering device. Check serial no.' I have tried over 10 times with other people reading the serial as well (not me being stupid :P)

Could someone from the company please check for me?

Me too. I've tried entering my serial number many times. Please fix this as soon as you can. Thanks very much.

Any update on the progress of this please? It would be quite nice to be able to use the bit of kit that I've bought.
:)

This is definitely not working as of 18:30 BST

Are there any status pages we can view to see what is happening?

I have the same issue just cannot get past the registration page and have checked the serial number many times, used upper case lower case O in stead of 0 etc.

Very frustrating, please can currentcost.com clarify?
