I have one envir with the data channels removed feeding the bridge and another envir outputting xml.
The xml output one (a nice white current cost envir) has another bit of bad data....

But no nasty spike on the website

So as a quick fix it looks like the answer is to remove the data channels from the envir connected to your netsmart bridge (either a factory reset or pair data channels with a clamp and then take the clamp battery out.
I suspect as the error occurs on any appliance channel that the problem may be in the envir units.
If not it must be the OptiSmart's or of course I am talking rubbish
